Layam Group was established with the objective to provide opportunities for those whose dream is to work in a large company. After thorough research, Layam identified that there is abundance of workforce with potential in the market, but employment opportunities are out of their reach as they have not secured the required percentile in their academics.
Keeping the above scenario in mind, Layam Group worked out a business model to give opportunities to such dropouts who are qualified diplomas or from other disciplines with arrears or low percentile to fulfill their dreams. This Business model was designed to appoint them in Layam as Operative Trainees and depute them to clients as On the Job trainees making them employable in the future. The success of this model is reflected in the fact that Layam has made more than 25,000 youths employable.

On-Role: You will work for a company (say X) and will be on the payroll of the same company (X)
Off-Role: You will work for a company (say X) and will be on the payroll of a third party (Layam). You will be an employee of Layam but will be deployed and will work in the premises of company X and will entitled to the facilities extended by company X.
When Layam places you in a company (X) in Off-Role, you will be an employee of Layam and will fall under Layam’s payroll but will be working in premises of company (X)
