Our Story
Layam was founded in 2007 with a vision to create a venture focused on people and the ethical side of business. We wanted to bridge the gap between skilled talent and industry needs, offering equal opportunities to all, especially those with less-than-perfect academic records. Our journey began as a training company, specializing in learning and development, and has since expanded into integrated staffing solutions, talent acquisition, and more.
Our mission is to provide industry-intensive training, helping individuals from diverse backgrounds achieve sustainable career growth. Over the years, we’ve grown to serve over 200 clients, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions across various sectors like automotive, engineering, manufacturing, and more.
We’ve recently launched in Melbourne, expanding internationally, aiming to connect talent with global opportunities. We are committed to innovation in human resource management and business process optimization, ensuring that we stay ahead of industry trends and meet client expectations.
Our journey has not been without challenges, but through perseverance, we’ve built a multi-layered organization that adapts and evolves. Today, with over 15,000 employees, we continue to focus on creating social impact and developing talent for the future.

History
Our Timeline
2007
Layam Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded, offering talent acquisition, recruitment, engineering services, business consulting, and learning & development.
2009
Layam Flexi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was established, focusing on staffing, contract manpower, and other services, growing into a strong division.
2010
Achieved manpower deployment of 1,000 employees.
2013
Certified as an ISO 9001:2008 organization.
2014
Affiliated as ASDC (Automotive Skill Development Council) training partner.
2015
Launched Layam Exim Solutions, expanding into offshore development.
2016
Certified as an ISO 9001:2015 organization.
2017
Expanded workforce from 200 to 5,000 employees and launched the Layam Talent Academy Foundation to support NEEM, NAPS, and CSR programs through Tarang.
2018
Layam Exim renamed Radram Quality Services Ltd., focusing on job contracts and contract manufacturing with a people-centric model.
2020
Awarded Company of the Year by ET Now, and recognized as one of India's 10 Most Trusted HR Solutions Providers by Business Connect.
2021
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the company persevered, driven by the founders’ commitment and employee resilience.
