Layam was founded in 2007 with a vision to create a venture focused on people and the ethical side of business. Our journey began as a training company, specializing in learning and development, and has since expanded into integrated staffing solutions, talent acquisition, and more.

Over the years, we’ve grown to serve over 200 clients, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions across various sectors like automotive, engineering, manufacturing, and more.

We’ve recently launched in Melbourne, expanding internationally, aiming to connect talent with global opportunities. We are committed to innovation in human resource management and business process optimization, ensuring that we stay ahead of industry trends and meet client expectations.
