- Conducted pre-assessments on shopfloor behaviour, technical aptitude, and physical readiness
- Set up a 7-day accelerated training bootcamp with mock drills, safety modules, and soft skills
- Provided accommodation and transport support to ensure a high joining ratio
- Deployed a dedicated onboarding team inside the client’s HR bay to handle last-mile execution
The Outcome
- 300 operators onboarded in 43 days—exceeding the original target
- Achieved over 92% attendance in the first month of production
- Pre-launch dry runs completed ahead of schedule
