National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)

The National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), launched by the  Government of India, supports establishments in offering structured apprenticeship programs by providing financial incentives. It plays a pivotal role in building a skilled and industry-ready workforce.

Why Choose NAPS?

With NAPS, your organisation not only meets statutory requirements but also contributes to national skill development goals while building a robust talent pipeline.

How It Works

The National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) operates on a dual training model that combines basic classroom instruction with on-the-job practical experience at real workplaces. This approach ensures that apprentices gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills relevant to their roles.

What Makes It Effective?

Whether you’re a business looking to build a future-ready workforce or an individual eager to develop job-ready skills, the NAPS program is the perfect platform to begin your journey.

Get in touch with us today to explore how NAPS can work for you.
